These terms govern the use of ChiliEye. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What ChiliEye is
ChiliEye is a personal tracking and self-discipline tool. It lets you record your own betting activity, set daily targets and loss limits, and review your history. ChiliEye is not a betting operator, bookmaker, casino or gaming platform, and it does not accept, place or process bets or wagers of any kind.
2. No advice, no guarantees
Nothing in ChiliEye constitutes financial, investment, legal or betting advice. Statistics, forecasts, scores, levels and projections are informational estimates only, based on data you enter. We do not promise, and cannot guarantee, any profit, outcome or improvement in results. Past performance never guarantees future results.
3. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including minimum age and the legality of betting in your jurisdiction. You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction to use this service. If betting causes you harm, stop and seek professional help. ChiliEye is a discipline aid, not a treatment for gambling addiction.
4. Your data and accuracy
The figures shown in ChiliEye are only as accurate as the information you enter. You are responsible for the correctness of your entries. Calculations such as balances, profit/loss and forecasts are derived from your data and may not reflect your actual accounts with third parties.
5. Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used abusively.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep ChiliEye available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.
7. Intellectual property
The ChiliEye name, logo, design and content are our property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from them without prior written permission. Your personal data remains yours.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChiliEye and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages — including financial losses, lost profits, lost data or betting losses — arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Your use of the service is entirely at your own risk.
9. Third-party services
ChiliEye may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your dealings with them are between you and them.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
